bodybuilding Transformation

www.iwanttolooklikethatguy.com Film maker Stuart MacDonald explores the harsh reality of what it takes to look like the guy in fitness ads. He goes from a 44 inch waist to 4% body fat in 6 months to achieve the look. His trainer and guru was IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Jeff Willet. The journey takes twists and turns you wouldn’t expect from a typical documentary of this kind. When we started filming we didn’t have any expectations to enter a bodybuilding contest. But after researching how many fitness models are bodybuilders it was the only way we could validate our findings and put a real goal at the end of the journy. What the film maker intended to challenge were the claims in fitness ads. You know the kind we’re talking about… a guy who is ripped standing next to fitness equipment or pitching supplements. This idea was to see what it really takes to look like that guy. The effort was beyond words and in the end there wasn’t a single product that made Stuart achieve the look of a fitness model. It was just old school hard work but more than that it was extreme. Was it worth it? What was the cost? Can you sustain the look of a body at 4% bodyfat? The answers will shock you.

@boomslangchao u dont need a membership you dont need anything, juss you, your mat, and 10 exercises, (example, push ups, sit ups, lunges, tricep dips, prison squats, russian twist, and others) and your limit is if you cant do anymore, and me i juss eat straight up egg whites, whole wheat, fruits, i drink lots of water, and i got motivation, oh and make sure you do your workouts like every 2 days, like Monday, then Wednesday, then Friday

  13. @ThePhundumentalz thanks i know!…well the thing is! that i dont have a membership and i dont know whats my limit! and i dont know what to eat ! but thanks anyway!

@boomslangchao well you dont need a trainer man, all you gotta do is do exercises to the MAX until you cant do anymore reps, when one of your muscles start to feel that burn juss keep pushin it, do each exercise for 2 WHOLE minutes, dont forget MAX reps, doin it for 30 minutes seeems to be the right amount, you can go 1 hour or 2 it doesnt matter, as long as you keep moving, you’ll get a nice sculpted body

  15. Hey there! Have you considered intellectus diet (just google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  16. i wisheddd i had a trainer like that…

  17. @AllAboutLearning Frankly I also don’t care about being 6% body fat, if it’s between 10-14% I’m fine. You seem like you’re not training for yourself, but for others, which is stupid. No offense. On a side note, anything below 8% body fat is very bad for your health in the long term.

  18. @AllAboutLearning This might be me, but I train to be stronger, healthier, and because I hate being thin because I had been thin all my life. Not to show off. But again, that might be just me.

  19. Awesome transformation.
I used to be the inverse, used to be super skinny now i’ve gotten around 35 pounds. ;D

  21. @ontv95 i bought the dvd and i loved it it was very inspirational and alot of fun to watch. 30 dollars is a small price to pay to support a great film. i will also be buying the directors cut!

  22. @dwgoodinggm Pfft, time. It’s the diet that gets people, this guy only did 16minutes of cardio a day (I’ve seen the movie) and upto an hour of weights. So stop making excuses and get off your ass.

  23. @AllAboutLearning Exactly, when I go out sometimes people are like ‘do you shave your chest’ and I say ‘yes, i do’. Gotta show off the chest.

  24. You can download the movie for FREE but it’s an unfinished draft that was stolen and unfinished. This is true, as I’m the guy who made the movie. Google the title and you’ll see 18 pages top to bottom of torrents! It took 2 years of my life to make and all that work was for nothing thanks to piracy. The final version is only 30 bucks comes complete with diet plan available at, Jeff Willet’s online store. Next month the directors cut is released with 3 hours of new footage and extended scenes.

  25. This film should get more known to everyone!
